Bryan focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of causes of action, including catastrophic personal injury claims, employment discrimination and retaliation cases, and business disputes. He also works on selected criminal matters.

Bryan gained significant trial experience in both state and federal court while working as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas in the General Litigation Division from 1999 - 2002. He has continued his trial work at McCraw Gantt where he routinely tries cases to a judge or jury. Bryan also has noteworthy appellate experience, including favorable published decisions in state and federal courts.

Bryan's relationships with his clients enable him to identify their objectives and to advance their positions in an efficient and persuasive manner.
